Tight End Sleepers Fantasy Football Week 10: Reeding the TE Leaves

Logan Thomas Tight End Washington Football Team Start or Sit Sleeper Tight Ends Waiver Wire

It’s week ten! We did it! We reached a point in the season where the NFL is just going to grit their teeth and push right through to the end of the season! No more rearranging byes (because they can’t)! No more moving games from Thursday to Monday (because they don’t want to!). Here are some tight end sleepers to help you bridge the gap to week eleven. To make this list, these tight end sleepers must be rostered in 50% or fewer of Yahoo! leagues, with one tight end sleepers deep dive available in at least 90% of leagues.

Logan Thomas at Detroit (34% rostered)

Logan Thomas has at least four targets every single game this year, and, to be honest, hasn’t done much with them. He fell flat last week but had touchdowns in each of the Giants and Cowboys in the Football Team’s two prior games. He’s a touchdown-or-bust guy if we are being honest. This is a middling matchup on paper, but the Lions fell apart to allow two passing touchdowns to Irv Smith Jr. last week. If they don’t correct those problems, it’s likely another Logan Thomas day.

Jordan Reed at New Orleans (18% rostered)

Jordan Reed “returned” last week, but Kyle Shanahan told everyone he would be on a snap count. Many fantasy football players chose to not listen and then became extremely agitated when Reed played just 13 snaps in what quickly turned into an exercise in preserving the roster’s health. The Niners will be ten days removed from that debacle and will travel to New Orleans to play the Saints. Reed has topped 25% of the 49ers’ snaps just once this season, and he went for 50 yards and two touchdowns in that game. The Saints aren’t a difficult matchup, either (Tom Brady looking 65 years old, excepted).

Gerald Everett versus Seattle (8% rostered)

Everett has eighteen targets in his last three games when he’s turned into 12 catches and just a handful of yards. Still, he has two double-digit fantasy days in his last four weeks. Still, he has a touchdown upside in what should be a big fantasy game against the Seahawks. The Seahawks have allowed receiving touchdowns to marginal TEs (Ross Dwelley and Tyler Kroft) in the last two weeks.
