Find out in this fantasy football Dak Prescott player profile. As we gear up to the start of the NFL season, Football Absurdity is going to bring you a comprehensive breakdown of every notable player that will be available in fantasy football drafts. When you don’t see us talking about Christine Michael or Mike Davis, don’t get mad at us for neglecting your favorite sleeper. Get mad at yourself for having bad taste in football players. The real question is can last years quarterback darling bounce back from a season where many owners felt he regressed.
When looking at my player profiles, It is important to note that I think quarterback play is replaceable for low-end QB1’s. So when I evaluate quarterback prospects, I am looking for top three potential This will skew my perspective and analysis. Because I am gambling on upside, I tend to draft two quarterbacks and the quarterbacks I draft tend to be younger.

Fantasy Football Dak Prescott Overview: After a very impressive rookie season, expectations were high for Dak Prescott going into his second year. People had high hopes for him. I walked away from last season thinking he was a disappointment. But while he wasn’t able to build on his impressive 2016 season, I think it is unfair to call him a disappointment. He still ended the year as a QB1. Moreover, he managed to do this without having Ezekiel Elliott and dealing with major injuries to his offensive line. Dealt a poor hand, he still managed to be a QB1, yet he is ranked 17th among quarterbacks.
Fantasy Football Dak Prescott Strategy: Dak Prescott might be my favorite value play this year. He is being tremendously undervalued and if I see him available in the 9th or 10th round, I am going to feel really good about my fantasy roster.
Ceiling: With defenses focusing on stopping Ezekiel Elliott, Dak could find himself with some favorable match-ups. It’s not unreasonable to think he could end the year as a top five quarterback. After all, he was the sixth best as a rookie.
Floor: What will actually happen is that Dak will be the next in a long line of storied Dallas Cowboy quarterbacks, such as Drew Henson and Quincy Carter. Unfortunately, that story is found in the horror section.
