We’re reaching the home stretch for fantasy football! For many people, this is the last week of the regular season and a ton of you are in win-and-you’re-in situations. That makes every tiny roster move that much more dire, and finding the correct sleepers if you don’t trust your starting fantasy QB even more important. This week, just like our previous twelve, we offer up three streaming quarterbacks available in 50% or more of Yahoo! fantasy football leagues, with two guys out there in at least 90% of leagues for deep streamers or two QB leagues. Good luck out there this week!
Eli Manning at Oakland (42% owned)
Oh, this is awkward… nevermind. Don’t stream Geno Smith, please.
Blake Bortles versus Indianapolis (35% owned)
Bortles has put up at least eighteen fantasy points in two-of-three contests, and at least sixteen in four-of-five. He is still undeniably Blake Bortles, so a meltdown is entirely possible at any given moment, but he has a decent enough matchup. The Colts are a barely above-average matchup for quarterbacks, but excluding Tom Savage (trash) and Marcus Mariota (suddenly terrible), quarterbacks have performed well against them, including Bortles throwing for 330 yards in week seven.
Brett Hundley at Tampa Bay (9% owned)
Hoo boy, here we go. I’ve spent a few weeks slamming Brett Hundley as a starting quarterback in the NFL while Colin Kaepernick goes without a contract. Still, his snaps have seemingly paid off, as he was able to put up 22.4 fantasy points last week against a Pittsburgh Steelers defense that 100% played down to its competition. This week he gets the sieve-like Tampa Bay defense that allows the sixth-most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks. He’s a deep-league or 2QB league option, and not the worst one out there this week.
Mitchell Trubisky at San Francisco (6% owned)
Another week passed, which means more 49ers went to IR. The team is falling apart at the seams and opposing offenses can do basically whatever they want against the Niners. Expect a huge day from Jordan Howard, but things should open up for Trubisky this week. He gets the volume, throwing at least 30 times in every game since his week seven seven-attempt game. The Niners allow the most fantasy points to QBs, and haven’t held a QB under fifteen fantasy points since Cam Newton week one.
